1. Component level repair experience
2. Technical support for Production line
3. Verify and confirm BER / Un-repairable phone
4. Technical training for lower level Tech/rework
5. Equipment set up
6. PST Software installation
7. Record and verify repair Data with supervisor
8. Part request to supervisor and help supervisor part order
9. prepare written reports and may make recommendations for procedural changes
10. Quality & RMA Evaluation, Create corrective Action Report

Experience & Skills
A) AA degree or technical education or equivalent
B) OEM level 3 certificate or 7 years Cellular phone repair experience
C) Experience with spectrum analyzers, Oscilloscope, Multimeter etc
D) Able to read and analysis  circuit diagram
E) Good communication & organization skills
F) Good computer skill: Window /DOS able to support to PST and alignment software installation
G) Experience with automated test development software such as Labview  Basic  knowledge of radio technologies such as GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS or RFID
