OOTO Recruiters, Inc. is seeking dynamic, energetic individuals to work hard and have fun on a national tour for Verizon Wireless. The Tour Coordinator will work with one Tour Manager; together, they will attend large events, festivals, air shows, racing events and action sport events while showcasing the latest handsets in innovative and educational ways. Tour Coordinators will fulfill all general responsibilities, as well as:

Function comfortably while using a microphone in front of large or small crowds
Possess superior communication skills, including proper language-use
Ability to convey key messages on products and services in an exciting, interactive manner
Ability to generate excitement and engage a crowd for extended periods of time while running innovative contests
Tour Coordinators must have a CDL Class B license, or compete training for a CDL license (travel and training costs covered by OOTO Recruiters, Inc.). A clean driving record is imperative, and a routine drug test will be conducted. This position is 100% travel.

General Responsibilities

On-site event execution (fluid setup and teardown)
Premium and product inventory management
Field finance management (budget tracking)
Administrative duties, including recapping, uploading photos and taking video at each event
Assist in managing on-site temp staff
Demonstrate various products, interact with consumers and promote overall awareness of Verizon Wireless in fun, creative and interactive ways
Experience and Skills

Expansive emcee work (must be affluent in conveying product information to large crowds)
Extensive event site setup (must be comfortable lifting upwards of 100 pounds)
Equipment maintenance (cell phones, laptops, televisions, audio equipment)
Vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire pressure, detailing interior/exterior)
Must be outgoing, organized, professional, committed, good spirited, great at one-on-one dialogue, punctual, solution-oriented and have strong attention to detail
Must be flexible and able to adapt well to challenging situations
Must have a high energy level, a “get it done” attitude and an affinity for adventure
Must have an interest in learning about and using technology
Must have a passion for popular culture and educating others
Bilingual is a plus
